What's HRV4Training Pro?

HRV4Training Pro is the ultimate platform to help you analyze and interpret your physiological data. 

In particular, we highly recommend relying on the Overview page in Pro, to better analyze medium and long term trends, and look at the big picture. In this visualization you can easily determine when HRV is below normal values (a good time to hold back) while keeping an eye on coefficient of variation, training load and subjective metrics as well. Learn more about the Overview page, here.

For endurance athletes, Pro offers plenty of additional insights to determine how your training is progressing, see for example the intervals analysis, or aerobic efficiency and cardiac decoupling. 

Finally, HRV4Training Pro provides a coach panel for teams to manage athletes remotely and analyze or export physiological data.

How do I use HRV in teams settings?

HRV is about individual adaptations to training and lifestyle stressors. Knowing how each individual responds you can make meaningful adjustments to their training program so that adaptations are optimized and performance improved. 

We put together an overview of the recent research showcasing what data to look at in the context of training, adaptation and performance, that you can find here. The blog post covers everything from measurement protocol to data analysis, and we highly recommend reading it.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account when downloading the HRV4Training app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Once you have downloaded the app, and registered an account, the same account can be used to login in Pro.

If you need an account to purchase a package for your organization but do not want to install the app, please let us know at hello@HRV4Training.com and we'll help you out.

Can I get a discount?

We provide discounts for research organizations and incremental discounts up to 30% for large teams. In case of doubts, please contact us at hello@HRV4Training.com and we'll look at your specific case.
