Launching HRV4Training Coach

We are happy to announce that the HRV4Training Coach platform is available on the Apple Store. 

HRV4Training Coach provides access to your athletes' data & insights anytime, anywhere. The app is available on iPad and iPhone, so that you can always access and analyze your athletes' data, even offline. The HRV4Training Coach platform requires a HRV4Training account and a subscription that can be purchased inside the app. Feel free to contact us for a 1 month free trial.

• Receive and synch your athletes' data right after they've taken the morning HRV measurement
• Monitor daily values and deviations from your athlete's baseline and receive daily advice to make meaningful adjustments to training programs
• Monitor long term trends to better understand the big picture
• Custom plots of daily values and moving averages for different physiological parameters (HR, rMSSD), training load metrics (intensity, RPE, distance) and subjective metrics (sleep quality, fatigue, energy) over configurable timeframes
• Advanced analytics to analyze acute HRV changes (i.e. physiological responses the day following training) as well as multi-parameter trends and correlations between different parameters

Free trial

We are happy to give everyone interested a free trial. The only thing you need to proceed is a HRV4Training account (i.e. you are a user of the HRV4Training app and registered an email address). To ask for a free trial, please do the following:

• Download HRV4Training Coach from the Apple Store on your iPad or iPhone. 
• Login in the app using your HRV4Training credentials
• The app will download your own data but won't let you add additional athletes or do much else without buying a subscription. At this point, contact support at this email address and provide your HRV4Training email. Please also specify how many athletes you'd like to try the app with. We will enable your free trial within 48 hours.
