I recently gave a webinar for our friends at K3Fitness, covering briefly the basics of HRV and what technologies are available and then digging more on best practices and how to interpret the data, especially in the context of acute day to day changes in response to different stressors (training, travel, getting sick, etc.) but also for longer term trends.
