We have just released the latest version of HRV4Training, which brings a complete re-design of the app.
It should be easier now to better understand if your resting physiology is within your normal range. That's what matters the most. You can find a quick start guide, here. You can use HRV4Training either with your phone camera (a method that has been validated and independently validated), or with an Apple Watch, Oura ring, Scosche Rhythm24 or Bluetooth strap.
