Why am I seeing unexpected results in the HRV trend analysis?
Automating the HRV trends analysis is an experimental feature that will keep improving over time. There might be different reasons why the results you see are not what you would expect. Here are a couple:
Finally, this analysis is meant to be used as an additional aid for a user or coach, and should be considered in the context of all other non-autonomic (e.g. muscular fatigue) and subjective (e.g. stress, sleep) parameters.

- Is training your main life stressor? If you are not a professional athlete and many other factors keep you stressed (e.g. work, family, traveling, etc.) it could be that these factors have higher impact on your HRV, and therefore the expected changes due to training are hidden by all other confounding factors.
- Make sure to annotate at least your travels, sick days and alcohol intake, to help the app understand these conditions better.
- Are you performing aerobic trainings? HRV trends analysis is based on solid research on aerobic sports. For other types of training, this analysis might not be compatible
